Okay, we have been around the block many many times when it comes to the AeroGarden and have had a lot of experience…which is the primary reason we started this site: AeroGarden Reviews. We wanted to be able to help everyone who came to the site have a great experience with the AeroGarden, and hopefully be able to learn from our experiences. The first step in getting started with and AeroGarden is actually purchasing one…and sometimes that can be the most confusing and difficult part of the process. There are sooooo many different online stores selling the AeroGarden, some of which are pretty crappy. So to prevent a bad experience, we have done the shopping for you, and believe us, it was very, very frustrating.
Several of the places we ordered from actually didn’t even have the items in stock, but they didn’t tell us that until we called several days later to check on our order. Some places sent the wrong stuff, and some places didn’t send anything at all!
We did however come across one online store who not only looked legit, but had incredible service and we got our products faster than expected…no just once, but EVERY TIME WE ORDERED AEROGARDEN PRODUCTS! That store was the Hydroponic Home Garden. Now I just call it the AeroGarden Store.
We have continued to purchase our AeroGardens, and AeroGarden Accessories through them because they ship the products fast (usually the same, or next day) and they almost always have everything in stock! They do not drop ship (simply take the order, then have a third party ship the product from a different location), and their customer service is 2nd to none. You either get a live person, or if by chance you can’t get through (probably because they are SOOOO busy…) someone usually calls you back right away.
Because we have been so impressed by these guys, we have awarded them the coveted #1 Rated AeroGarden Store Award for their excellent service and dependability.
